I Am Confidence
Four Corners
Promoting Violence-Free Lives

"Do I sell drugs to make fast money for my family?"

"Do I join a gang for protection?"

Many East County youth struggle with these questions and high-risk pressures every day. Our Four Corners program helps young people and their families to confidently face these challenges and gain the skills to overcome anger, violence, drugs and gang involvement.

What is Four Corners?
Four Corners Program

The four corners of Family, Education, Community and Faith form the foundation of this dynamic program for middle school students and parents in Pittsburg and Bay Point.

With the goal of stopping the cycle of gang violence, our staff facilitate workshops and support groups that help youth and their families learn how to express anger without resorting to violence.

Our staff are parents themselves. They understand the extreme pressures of both parenting and growing up in a world where alcohol abuse, drug usage and senseless violence are rampant. Four Corners is a place where youth and parents can communicate their needs, feel heard and learn how to resolve issues peacefully.
